Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, or if the client does not show up for their appointment (a "no-show"), the client will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand that emergencies happen, but we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will help us to avoid losing out on revenue and to ensure that we can accommodate other clients who need our services. Thank you for your understanding.
